Your mission

As the new Social Media guru, you will:

• Devise and implement channel-specific strategy, purpose and KPIs
• Develop and accelerate Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & TikTok's social footprint and engagement
• Coordinate with internal and external design teams to create engaging content
• Run digital adverts across Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, and more
• Nurture and maintain a proactive engaged community with a focus on Reddit, Discord and Telegram
• Analyse consumer/community behaviour and ensure effective transition into business decision-making and insight
• Oversee, justify, and grow paid media investment
• Coordinate with internal product, commercial and brand marketing teams to amplify key business messages and fully support partner initiatives
• Manage the delivery of local language content
• Help develop and deliver the brand, TOV, and influence across multiple regions worldwide.

Your profile

​The ideal candidate:

• Is autonomous, ambitious and highly creative with a natural ability to excel in ambiguous situations and thrive in a flourishing startup environment
• Has 1-3 years proven crypto twitter and community management experience
• Has experience creating, analysing, and A/B testing digital adverts across various social media channels
• Has experience managing full suite of social media channels and insight tools
• Has creative ability and skill set to develop social content
• Has excellent writer with demonstrable ability to react in real-time to the changing news
• Has demonstrable experience in using performance media budget to grow social footprint
• Is passionate and knowledgeable about blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the wider Crypto space
• Is data-led, highly analytical, and with a growth mindset
• Is able to deliver calmly under pressure
