Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Compliance Officer (Lithuania) at Plutus.
Location: Remote (UK or Europe)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that Plutus complies with all relevant Lithuanian regulations and laws, as well as staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment.
Prepare the firm to comply with MiCA legislation.
Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures,
monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations
Identifying and addressing compliance risks.
Conducting crypto related investigations and addressing risks.
SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) and conducting EDD investigations.
General Compliance tasks
Qualifications
Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
Analytical Skills
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Finance knowledge
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience in financial regulation and compliance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field a plus
Relevant additional qualifications and skills include knowledge of Lithuanian regulations, experience in the cryptocurrency industry, and certification in compliance or related fields.
Salary Range: 3,000 - 3,500 EUR (Net/pm)
