Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition and Management:
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with tier 1 brands and affiliate partners aligned with Plutus' strategic goals.
Maintain strong connections with existing affiliates, serving as their primary point of contact.
Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and revenue generation.
Strategic Development and Execution:
Develop and execute strategies to increase affiliate engagement, revenue streams, and market reach.
Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance partnership effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support affiliate initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Performance Optimisation and Monitoring:
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics, providing actionable insights and performance reports.
Implement optimisation strategies to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets.
Proactively address challenges and drive continuous improvement in affiliate partner performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all affiliate partnerships.
Implement measures to mitigate risks related to fraud and brand protection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, affiliate management, or partnership management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
